Success
The project was hailed as a success, strengthening relationships
internally between staff and externally with customers, suppliers and the
respective local communities; building teamwork; extending awareness
amongst staff of the size and reach of the Group and helping the bank’s
people to realise what they can do when they ‘think outside the box’.
Most of all, however, it was a success because we made a
difference. How many people can say that?
