I wrote this article with Tim Stapleton, a Partner at the chartered surveyors, King Sturge, when I was a Director at the first company I set up, H+H Internet Marketing.  It was written at the time when Internet access was becoming valuable and describes how landlords could add value to their buildings by installing high speed connectivity that they could share among their tenants - and charge for it.  Click here to view it (pdf).
